Stephany McLaughlin began her automotive career in 2004. She started working at a dealership in her home town of Seattle, Washington, where she worked in various roles. Her most notable role was Retail Parts Manager. Stephany has worked for Rapid Recon since 2014. As a member of the Performance team, she enjoys helping customers achieve results using Rapid Recon. Stephany lives in the Phoenix area, where she enjoys playing soccer in her free time.
A 2014 graduate of the University of South Carolina, Dan Anton was in the automotive industry for eight years before joining the Rapid Recon team. Before onboarding, he worked across both forward and back-end operations managing sales, service, and recon staff in order to reduce time to line at the Hennessy Jaguar/Land Rover locations in Atlanta, GA. He and two teammates represented Hennessy at the 2020 Land Rover Trêk Regional Trials in North Carolina where they took 1st place and the team continued to Nationals. In his spare time, Dan enjoys going to the racetrack and watching South Carolina football.
Prior to Rapid Recon Anthony served 8 years in the US Army and is a combat veteran. After another 8 years in home construction and quality control he ran a recon center servicing 3 stores with over 1200 vehicles a month. He’s certified in both Lean and Six Sigma and has used those practices to reduce waste in the home building industry, manufacturing quality control, and automotive fixed operations. He has reduced the average days in recon for stores under 3 days while reducing cost and increasing gross. He’s also been featured in Automotive News, Fixed Ops Magazine and been used in multiple test studies for process implementation and reduction in cycle time.
Bradley Orr began his career selling Oldsmobile’s for a summer between semesters at Cal State Fullerton. After stints with Dollar RAC and then Enterprise in SoCal he moved to Sacramento and worked for a mostly new car auto broker for 12 years, eventually starting a retail used car operation there as well. After 5 years as the GSM of their largest location he spent 6 years out on his own as a broker and wholesaler, developing extensive B2B experience. He spent the next 5 years as the Northern California/Nevada rep for Dealerslink, helping dealers with inventory management and used car aging. This led him to 3 years with the Lloyd Wise Automotive Group in the Bay Area as the Reconditioning Director for 11 stores, where he was a Rapid Recon user and advocate. Bradley joined our team in the fall of 2019. Over the years he has come to learn that the people are the thing. He is analytic about the needs and goals of our clients and loves leaning on his personal experience in the changing automotive landscape, coaching up and comers to improve.
Sean began his automotive career in 2004. Prior to joining Rapid Recon, he spent 13 years at one of the largest Toyota dealerships in the nation, serving in numerous Fixed Operations roles throughout his tenure there. Sean’s vast experience with dealership processes provides a unique and valuable perspective to Rapid Recon and its customers. Sean is a Seattle native and loves the Pacific Northwest. He enjoys spending time with his family, being active, and engaging in a myriad of hobbies.
Anthony Greenhalgh began his automotive career in 1992, and has a prominent background in fixed operations. Mr. Greenhalgh has been recognized by General Motors as a “Top Performer” for his success in the automotive parts industry, and holds certifications in customer loyalty management, change implementation, and process management. Prior to his career at Rapid Recon he spent the previous 24 years employed at a multi franchised metro dealer, where he was responsible for internalizing all cosmetic reconditioning into the dealers collision center.
Brian Larremore began his automotive career in 1996. He has been with Rapid Recon since the beginning of March 2019 and in that time has worked with hundreds of dealerships. He started as a porter for the Ken Garff Dealership Body Shop in Salt Lake City Utah in 1998 that was at the time called “Garff-Warner Body Shop”. Brian spent time as a porter, detailer, technician, service writer, manager, and owner of an independent body shop over the years. Knowing and experiencing the different positions leads to a great perspective and understanding of the workflow as vehicles travel through the reconditioning process. One of Brian’s greatest skills lay in finding ways to adjust a workflow setup to have a consistent and efficient process with focus on the right communications at the right times. Brian has a strong appreciation of technology and the necessity of innovation within a dealership as the automotive industry leads more and more down the technological path. Brian has attained certifications over the years for I-CAR and Cycle Time Management along with many others.
Bridget has been in the software development field since 1995 focusing on automotive software solutions since 2000. Prior to joining Rapid Recon, Bridget held several key leadership roles in various automotive software companies including COO and Co-Founder for Vin Voyager, VP of Vendor Management for DealerSocket, VP of Market Performance for Inventory Solutions at DealerTrack and Sr. Director of Product Development for Chrome Systems. Prior to her start in automotive, Bridget worked for Micros Systems, a leading POS provider for the hospitality industry. A New York native and graduate of Cornell University, Bridget resides in the Dallas Fort Worth metro where she enjoys spending time with family and attending Gateway church.
Coco began her automotive career in 1994 and has not only survived it, but still loves it! With an extensive background in Finance and Sales, she loves engaging with great people, and solving problems. With a consistent passion for superior customer service and quality networking; she’s built a solid foundation for continued success within the car industry. She also worked within the Penske Organization for many years as a Finance Director.
Curtis Sampson received his undergraduate degree in Business Finance from the University of Utah and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Brigham Young University. He began his automotive career in 1987 in the retail business where he started washing cars as a porter when he was 14 years old. Curtis has held many responsibilities in the dealership world including Dealer Principle, GM, GSM, Finance Manager and Used Vehicle Director. His extensive experience in the dealership makes him uniquely qualified to represent Rapid Recon. His love is coaching and supporting dealers’ processes and procedures. Curtis was one of the first clients of Rapid Recon and has watched the company growth and pursuit of excellence from the perspective of the end user for the better part of ten years. He believes in Rapid Recon and the competitive advantage this Workflow Software can create for the dealership and the market they do business in. When Curtis is not supporting and promoting Rapid Recon you will find him on the back of a horse, hiking, training his hunting dogs and constantly with his family. He loves life and is passionate about ALL he does.
David has a 10 year background in the Software and SAS implementation and user training with awards in customer service. Prior to rapid recon David owned a Suzuki Motorcycle franchise and has worked in the automotive service industry prior to owning his Suzuki dealership. David was also a professional motorcycle road racer and raced for the factory Suzuki race road team and holds multiple national road racing championships and has also competed in the 1996 Macau GP and the 2008 Le Mans 24 hour race.
Leveraging a 21-year management career with Hewlett-Packard during which time he became proficient in applying the principles of continuous process improvement while working with advanced manufacturing software for major auto OEM’s such as General Motors.
Jason Murphy began his automotive career in 2010. He has been in multiple fascists of the dealership from working on vehicles to directing the service and parts departments. He also has been recognized by Honda for having the top service team 2 years in a row. When Jason is not working you will more than likely find him at the race track or out in the woods.
Jennifer began her automotive career in 2005. Prior to joining Rapid Recon, Jennifer was a warranty admin and service advisor for a Jaguar Land rover dealership. Jennifer has been recognized by Jaguar land rover as a “Master Service Advisor” and was part of the top 5 percent in North America.
John began his automotive career in 2010 and is an alumni of the University of Washington. Prior to joining the Rapid Recon team, John worked in automotive retail in addition to multiple dealerships in the Parts and Body Shop department. He has worked in used, OEM and aftermarket parts, along with service writing and repair and has retail and wholesale sales distribution, and independent and OEM experience.
Originally from Texas, Keith began his experience as the office manager for Conoly Phillips Lincoln Mercury in Norfolk, Virginia. From there he spent almost 30 years in the retail automotive business as a Comptroller and then Fixed Operations Director at dealerships in Texas. He joined Rapid Recon in October 2016. A 1985 graduate of Texas A&M, Keith has 5 adult children and two grandchildren, so far! He lives in Waynesboro, Virginia with his wife, Lorelei and their dog Finley.
A Washington State University graduate, Michael Young has six years of automotive industry experience along with holding certifications in Information Technology. Mr. Young worked with one of the largest used and aftermarket parts distribution companies in the country to source and ship automotive supplies to dealerships and body shops alike. He also spent time with a multi franchise dealer group, managing shipping logistics for a multimillion-dollar warehouse operation. Mr. Young holds the CompTIA Network+ and A+ Information Technology certifications.
At age 12, Nicole worked her first job at a car dealership filling in for the Saturday receptionist. She grew up in the industry in the Seattle area, doing everything from filing service records on summer break to selling cars and working as a Finance Director. Rapid Recon has provided her the opportunity to work in an industry she is not only knowledgeable about but extremely passionate about while her husband is serving in the military and they are living on the East Coast. She is known for her drive to improve the status quo, her leadership skills and she cannot wait a second longer to help your team speed up their T2L!
Shelly began her automotive career in 2016, During that time, she worked at the largest Toyota dealership in the pacific northwest. There, she started as an entry level position and worked her way up, holding a handful of titles including Accessories Coordinator and later, Loaner Fleet Manager. In her spare time, Shelly can be found adventuring the great wide world or working on her various creative projects.
Scott began his automotive career in 2000 with comprehensive sales and leadership experience in the automotive industry. Through his extensive knowledge, Scott has grown to be a leading expert in planning, development, sales and implementation of client centered strategies and services. His thorough understanding and passion for the automotive industry allows him to be perfectly situated to provide sales optimization solutions focused on personalized client needs. Scott’s strong relationship building allows for an individualized experience, ultimately resulting in greater profit optimization for the dealer. Scott is uniquely positioned to work as part of the Rapid Recon team in offering the most effective and efficient services to dealerships across North America.
Alison Woo brings a unique skill set to the Rapid Recon team. Joining the company in March 2019, she has proved to be an asset to support our customers and internal teams alike. Allison has a degree in Marketing from the University of Arizona in 1999 and has spent close to 20 years in a variety of marketing roles. Most recently, she led marketing partnerships for both Virgin America and LinkedIn. All of her roles required understanding the needs of customers and finding creative solutions. She worked cross-functionally with Product, IT, Legal, Finance, and Support. She brings her knowledge of complex customer needs to the Rapid Recon team. Currently, she supports the Finance team to ensure Rapid Recon Customers have a seamless billing experience. Additionally, she supports all other Rapid Recon teams as needed. Additionally, she is in graduate school at Notre Dame de Namur University earning her degree in Clinical Psychology to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
Prior to his career at Rapid Recon, John Roma has spent 26 years in developing software solutions. Mr. Roma has worked for companies such as General Motors and Philips Medical Inc and has been recognized for developing innovative solutions.
Nikkie is the Corporate Controller and has spent her career in the San Francisco Bay Area. She started her career learning fund accounting for a mutual fund company, but soon moved into corporate accounting and has worked for various companies in various industries. Rapid Recon is her first foray into the automotive industry. A California native, Nikkie earned two bachelor’s degrees from San Jose State, in Accounting and in Management, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Noemi Manero was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain. She moved to the United States two decades ago, landing in the San Francisco Bay Area. Noemi earned her Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Tourism University of Barcelona. Her professional career was spent in consumer marketing at some of the best known companies in the world, including Gap, Virgin Airlines and Visa as a Director of Marketing. She has proven to be a marketing leader specializing in loyalty marketing, partnerships, CRM and campaign management with over 18 years of experience in consumer goods and services, consistently exceeding revenue and member acquisition targets. Focusing on online strategy, social media, search engine optimization, email campaign, print advertising and direct mail experience. Most recently, Noemi became a Balance Body Comprehensive Pilates instructor and intensely instructing Pilates since 2016. She has also been a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance since July 2013. One of her biggest passions is to paint. Today her paintings hang in private collections throughout Europe and California. Many pieces have been sold to local and international collectors. Several of her paintings have been featured at Silicon Valley art shows, in addition to several private exhibitions. Her work is known for its movement and emotion shown in it. When not painting at her studio, Noemi spends her time teaching yoga and Pilates at several fitness studios. She has a passion for deepening her knowledge of anatomy to better support her clients.
Before joining Rapid Recon as one of its founding members, Richard was the CEO of his own Accounting & Tax Consulting Firm for 30 years. His clients included many high net worth individuals in the Silicon Valley of California. Prior to forming his own company, he held various positions in private industry including Controllership and CFO positions, primarily in the Real Estate Industry. He holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Washington and Golden Gate University and currently resides in San Carlos, California. When time permits, he enjoys golfing, fly fishing and other outdoor activities.
Rick Ligas began his software career in 1990. He has focused his work on the auto industry, specifically reconditioning software, since 2012. Previously he worked on lead processing software, medical industry clinical management software and doctor office automation. He has been awarded the prestigious InVision Award for best software, multimedia division, for two applications used for treating drug and alcohol addiction. In his free time he enjoys biking the beautiful trails of his native state, Ohio.
Samantha Nasworthy has been with Rapid Recon since 2016, currently serving as an Implementation Project Manager. Samantha has played an operations role for about 10 years, and has also spent several years as an entrepreneur. Samantha has a background in digital marketing within the automotive space, which is how she was introduced to Rapid Recon. Samantha currently resides in Sarasota, Florida, is the mother of 4 children, ranging in ages from 5 to 12 years old, and spends her free time going to the beach and other outdoor activities with her family.
Laura Ruggeri is a graphic designer with 30+ years of experience. She studied art and design in Milan, Italy and worked there for many years for companies like Fiat Alfa Romeo, Pininfarina and Nissan. She designed a wide variety of graphic materials such as marketing materials, brochures, magazines, books, posters, exhibition graphics and web application interfaces. She moved to the U.S. in 1998 and focused on software interface design working on medical and process management software. Since 2013 she has been focused on Rapid Recon reconditioning software using her creative skills on interface design, marketing and online training materials. In her personal life she practices yoga. She is a Certified 500 hour Viniyoga Teacher and continues studying to deepen her knowledge of yoga therapy and philosophy. During her free time she loves bike riding and photography…
